Deposit for a private purchase? who holds it

i have to say LP, your comment about families not being the target market for Beach club is very annoying,
Its target market are all of us that have paid between 200 and 700k for property in Roda.

I plan to be there with my kids making as much noise as possible.

We drove down last year in August took about an hour. Dont do it at the weekend or leave it to late and catch the peak time when everybody else is leaving or swimming would be quicker. We took the car as it gave us the option of leaving when we wanted to and last year you had to take our own car to the boat so it was just as easy. It will be interesting to see how often the bus/boat runs. I will also be taking my Children to the beach club and letting them enjoy the facilities that we have paid for and waited so long to get.
