Has anyone thought about what they will be doing with the useless piece of grass with hedge around it on the front terrace of the 3 bedroom ground floor? Does anyone know who will be responsible for the upkeep?

Hi there
We were told when we were doing our snagging that the piece of grass you are referring to out on the front terrace was to be maintained by the gardeners at Polaris as part of the service which no doubt we will be paying for. The reason they told us why there is grass there is because us British people like our gardens and lawns! Personally we would have preferred a wall as on the plans and completely tiled over.

Hi,
      When we were out there our guide Sergio also told us that the front lawn, hedge and the flowers going up the pillars will be looked after by polaris, the reason was that they did not want some gardens to be overgrown due to the apartment being empty for a while and some looking good, everything had to be right. Suits us.

We were told that they would be maintained by PW gardeners - so long as you didn't plant anything else that required maitenence. If you did you would have to pay for it all yourself.
