No Weather this Week?

Hi we are in dispute with the builder at the moment and wondering if anyone can help, 
we bought number 120 on phase 3 (top floor with terrace facing scrub land), we then decided to swap to another development nearer to the coast in San Miguel,  they are now running very late and have not issued any bank guarantees, so we could do with knowing if anyone knows if number 120 phase 3 has been sold to someone else in the meantime.
Any help is appreciated.

Sorry to hear that your plans have not worked out.

We have had our place on phase 3 for almost 12 months now.  Happy with our lot so far.
I believe that there are still a few for sale, the one next door to us - top floor - has not yet been occupied (no meters installed).  So I assume that  it is still on the market.

 We were told that Atlas had bought the properties that hadn't ben sold so that the builder could sign off on the development, perhaps you could check on their website.
