Are my Capital Gains calculations right??!!!

Was out last week afraid its still the same and cracks appearing all over the place, but builders do seem to be on site not sure what they are doing tho

Hi there

Just wonder if anyone out there can help. On Monday we are having a delivery but are not able to be there ourselves. When floris was there he had a spare key to our appartment in their office. I have exchanged a few emails with Alhambra Holdings but finding it difficult to get them to confirm they have access to these keys. Does anyone know what has happened to these keys?

Thanks for the replies. I have now manged to track down the keys to our apartment - only took a week. Adelina, Hogar Sur's representative has access to them. It took a while as she is only on site Monday to Thursday 9.00 till 1.00pm, there was a bank holiday Monday and she only understands a little english but we eventually managed to correspond via email - this way she has time to  translate messages. Furniture delivery now all arranged.

Hi everyone

Got back this week after a really nice holiday.
 The weather was brilliant  but we were disappointed again by the lack of improvement that has been made on the developement. Nothng has really changed apart from the grass growing around the pool which looked alot better.
Whilst we were there we saw the cleaners once who weren't there for very long and didn't really do very much apart from talk to each other!
We saw Pauline and Trevor whilst we were there and they have already been out taking photos of all the areas that are still filthy
the main one being at the bottom of the stairs as you come in through the main gates which is now looking green and slimey .
Once they have enough evidence that the cleaners aren't doing their job properly they will be taking this to Alhambra.

Hi all 
Still slimy  at bottom of stairs, but at long last we have our own water supply, our car was broken into on the playa ( lots of people about on a lovely sunny day) so everyone be careful dont leave anything on show, and if you go to the police you have got to speak fluent spanish or have an interpreter else they wont want to know.
