Hi all

I am new to the forum (although Hubby has posted before -Welsh Wizard), so please be kind !!

We completed by POA on 18 Jul, Jardin 11 (was 10, will be 25 by next month no doubt..), so we are coming out 28/8 - 3/9 to start the ball rolling with fixtures & fittings etc.  So to my question, is anyone in a position to rent out their apartment yet ?  We will be happy with the basics, as we are more than aware that everyone is in a similar position to us.  Or do you know of any good contacts on the other PW resorts for accommodation ?  I have quickly looked at the Hotel Le Cumbre (as recommended on other threads), but was hoping for something a little cheaper if I'm honest (got loads of stuff to spend our hard earned on now...).  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Our PW journey, like most, has not been without its hiccups, which we can discuss over a glass of red or two , but finding this forum has certainly changed our outlook on the situation.  We have not been out since Oct 06 !!!  (shocking I know..). So to find this forum, hear your news, see your photos & read your enthusiasm, inspite of all the PW crap, we just can't help but get swept up in the excitement of it all.  You all sound like such a great bunch & we can't wait to meet you in the near future.  Thank you for providing me with a reason to sneak on to the internet at work  !! (my work colleagues must think I'm going mad as I keep giggling to myself at my desk...)

Anyway, I look forward to any responses that you may have & I'm ready to join in the banter that flows freely on the forum...

Welcome to the 'Madhouse' I will be moving over and arriving around the 16th August so if you get time during your shopathon give us a knock and I will put the kettle on or if I have found the bottle opener by then will open a bottle......Good luck and see you soon

welcome to the site, it's always nice to meet our new neighbours.  We're in jardiin 8.  

Like you we hadn't been over since Oct 06 but just got back last week and it was amazing.  The size of the complex is enormous and a lot different from that row of flags.  Now we're really excited, going back in Sept so won't see you but have a great time.
