Actually the 'gate' at the pool of J13 doesn't even close properly - probably fitted by the same bloke who fitted my one - the one who once heard a gate described but has never actually been near one til he got the job of installing them at Condado!  Another thing to be careful of (which I forgot to report) is the base of the post which (allegedly) holds the gate to the pool up is a metal plate fixed into the ground.  It is not properly flush with the ground and has a very nasty, sharp metal corner protruding up which could easily cause a horrible accident with young (or old) toes.  If anyone is heading over soon then can you mention this to the site office.  And mums and dads with little ones please watch out.

Do you think these problems are because we have bought the cheap Jardin apartments, instead of "paying another 20k or 30k to get somewhere decent"!!! (Not my words I hasten to add!)  

I am delighted with our purchase on the Jardines - I think it is going to be a fabulous place to spend holidays or live and we can't wait to meet the lovely people we have chatted to on this Forum - well most of them anyway!   Between us we are contributing towards a fantastic community with a great atmosphere regardless of  whether our apartments have been the "cheap ones that nobody wants" or the most expensive villa! 

We're sure its going to be excellent too- the apartment is just what we wanted. Our little bolt hole in the sun and as the very 1st Polaris rep that we ever had dealings with pointed out, fixtures and fittings and facilities are the same regardless of whether you have a 1 bed apartment or a spacious detached villa. Its all there for you just the same.

We fly over on Sunday and I cant wait to see the whole place again.

If you get time and you are having a walk around, would you have a nosey at my appt J9 appt 1024 would appreciate it very much hope my gate is okay etc.
We will be going over at the end of October.  
 
Just did power of attourney paperwork yesterday, London office had moved to Milton keynes yesterday,  we live in Croydon Surrey so after getting it notarised in Croydon went to Milton Keynes so got that done saves alot of time will post it back today to Spain.
This should have taken 3 weeks but i did it in a day, should complete 29th August, this now means we can go camping to the Isle of Wight, but cannot wait to go to Spain in October.

Yes, will try and get some more pics for everyone. We know we cant complete on the 14th but at least we can go and have a good look around and be properly amazed at the size of the place. Just looking forward to being out there.

Oh forgot to ask you Jan and Mike sorry to be a pain but can you have a look to see what position is the pergola either front or back. We think its at the back.
