here is a short extract from a long communication from ny lawyers, ref the 'comfort package'. These are our options according to him,
you could have several options:
- To accept the improvements, as it benefits the house, and pay the extra price.
- To claim the granting of the Title Deeds in your favour paying only the price agreed in the contract.
- To withdraw from the purchase and claim the refund of the money given up to date.
Of course the developers are unlikely to give up without a fight so it would be as well to have legal action prepared, do you have the names of any of the Spanish Lawyers involved Wibbley???
