In a large development there will always be some people who do this. I noticed similar in April, Luis.
What matters is getting the mess cleaned up quickly.
Otherwise it tends to result in others following suit - people start to lose respect for the development and treat it likewise.
I've done a few litter picks myself because I just can't keep walking past the same rubbish every time I enter/exit the development.
It seems the AEA need to do more in peak season and regrettably, non-renters such as myself have to contribute to the higher community fees that result.
But we've got to keep up the standards otherwise the place goes to pot.
Is your renter likely to return to DV next year if they experience Dog Mess on Paths, Rubbish thrown around, broken glass and late night noise ?
So I would urge everyone renting out their units and is looking for a sustained/repeat rental income to help try to prevent these problems in every way possible.
