San Javier's 25th anniversary air show is today & tomorrow.

Is it me or is this air con the most expensive luxury ever?
Those of us who rent out our properties will know what I mean when I say that clients dont really bother about bills when they dont have to pay them.
"I'm too hot"  so lets turn on the air con and set it to 16 degrees.
"Now I'm to cold",  so lets open all the windows to let warm air in whilst keeping the air con at 16 degrees.
"Lets go out for the day", but lets keep some of the windows open and the air con at maximum cold so its cool when we return.
Does this sound familiar?
Any way now to the point, does anybody know where I can get a meter that wires into the air con and uses tokens or coins?  
I want to supply clients with free air con and heating when required by means of supplying them with enough tokens or coins for sensible use,  but I would like to charge extra for those who tear the arse out of it (pardon my french).

just returned from 3 weeks on pp, we are in block 9
no activity on the hill was a welcome relief though i did
pay 500 euros to have a few parts replaced on my air con unit 
which i guess might have been damaged by the dust from the hill,
this is now running fine, overall impressions were far better than
i hoped for & i think the pp comunity is starting to take shape
a rubbish bin by the pool would be a benefit because not everyone takes
their litter with them, i hooked up to the community satelite & sorted
out the inevitable plumbing issues & overall i am optimistic that pp
will continue to go forward.
we are all in for a tough ride over the next few years as the interest rates 
look likely to continue to rise & the costa real estate market still has further to fall
before it starts to recover, which it will so lets all work together to keep pp as nice
as possible so our investments might eventually be worth something.
