Just to warn everyone in Jardin 5 who are due to snag shortly, the pergolas in this Jardin have not had their final stain.
We didn't notice until we had completed our snagging and returned to the site after completion. The difference is obvious when you drive down the road and compare to the jardins on either side.
We phoned Polaris last week and were told the site manager had confirmed it had been done. We have since found out that it hasn't. If everyone brings it up on the snagging, they may decide to do something about it.
