We had our apartment snagged beginning of July, very few problems, however I have just contacted PW as their 30 days (working Days) are up and they have failed to complete the repairs.
We used Emma & Trevor from snagitMurcia to do our snagging, I emailed Emma last week and Emma say PW are behind with the repairs.
The other thing is that apparently PW are not now arranging 2nd snagging appointments, they just notify the repairs are done and leave it to you to visit the apartment when convenient. Which in my opinion is better.
Bear in mind that PW will not accept any responsibility for anything put inside the apartment before the snagging is completed and signed off as accepted. You can get a waiver form from customer services but you then take all responsibility for loss or damage to your property if you do this.
