Long term parking at Reus Airport

Hi all. We got a call from Silvia and a follow up email informing us that we are to complete soon. She also gave us the contact details for Caja Murcia to enquire about the builders mortgage. Problem is I have tried on numerous occasions to phone them but on every occasion NO REPLY. Not being smart or anything but is it normal for banks not to answer their phones.

Silvia in completions is great!  My experience with the banks are it depends on what time of day you are trying phone them, ( not forgetting they are a hour in front) they have different breaks etc than we do.  Also a friend was using CAMs bank and found she would send email after email and still no reply, the girl in the bank suggested she fax things through rather than email, because there computers would crash due to the amount of mail they get in there inbox.  So I found by faxing them and asking at the end to ring me 9 times out of 10 they would ring me back.  Hope that helps

We, and I know of at least one other person on the forum who has been trying to obtain information from Caja Murcia about Builders Mortgage for months.

Every time I phone they say, may have information next week.

Send email and again same response.

Given up now and looking at alternatives from other Banks & Brokers.

I am not able to recommend any particular Bank or Broker, its horses for courses, We are probably going with Banco Halifax but as I say its not a recordation they have just been convenient for us and meet our needs.
