The only things that are included are the extractor, oven and hob in the kitchen. You will have to fit everything else yourself including lights and all bathroom fittings.

You get kitchen cupboards, sink, fan and hob with oven, water heater - wardrobes, bath, sink and pedestal toilet and bidet- no lights, no shower screen or any bathroom fittings, no aircon and no lights inside or out., telephone points, tv points and internet points- so beyond those you supply your own fixtures and fittings. You should have that info from Polaris.

I've been on a shopping trip today to wiegh up if taking my own lights would be cheaper and the answer is no... unless you get a big discount (Barney) I saw the same lights I saw in Spain at B&Q £26 and they were 26 euros so I will be getting them in Spain because that includes the fitting.
I would say unless you want something special or get a good deal it's not worth taking everything with you, that just my opinion.
