Problems with President, Administrators and repairs been done.

I noticed a thread on Corvera within General Spain Forum (spanish estate agents).  I am a little intrigued re the motive for this thread, why haven't they posted on here?. I  sent a PM - My thoughts are that  they are a solicitors ? drumming up customers disatisfied with the independant' solicitors which we all know share a bed with MFI ( small typing error here but you know who I mean!!!!)
Any thoughts - I don't want to jump blindly into something with both feet for the 2nd time but if there is a possible get out clause, or even the chance to change solicitors @ no cost I would be interested.

Thanks Shannon.  Hi Cazbaz, just looked at my Reservation Agreement and no such date for completion is mentioned.  Don't really know what he is talking about.

Hi again, think I was looking at the wrong document.  I have just found my Offer and Reservation Receipt (signed May 05!!!).  I'm not a Lawyer, obviously, but this Agreement was signed between that large company and ourselves.  In that Agreement it states that the Developers forecasted completion date is 4th quarter of 07.  However, we went on to sign the open dated Purchase Agreement with Calidonia - can't see the connection.  Not that we want to cancel our Contract anyway.  But interesting.
