Does anyone know where Taray are with the LFO for Phase 5? Understand that the application was submitted back June 2008.

Has anyone been able to complete with a mortgage without the LFO?

We completed on Manzana 5 in October 2008 with a mortgage. We were told that the LFO was not expected until May /June time.  Our solicitor had to provide proof to the bank that the LFO had been submitted.

I was informed by Taray on 2nd January 2009 that it would be issued in approx 20 days time.  I don't know if I believe them.

Well who knows....this is Spain....nothing happens when it's supposed to !!

Lets hope it isn't too soon - I'm in no rush to start paying bills!

I am on Manzana 6.

I have just received an email from Taray saying the LFO has been granted for block 6.

Has Manzana 5 also been granted?

Were the 2 applied for together?

I was told yesterday by Helder that the LFO for Manzana 5 would be granted this coming week but.......who knows.... !!

Taray customer services has written to us advising that they will have the LFO shortly and I should contact my solicitor to arrange final payment, has anyone else been contacted and if so whats your position? PM me please.
