well no i think we keep our furnitures. but you still can pay us some drinks when you come over.
but we actually dont drink anymore so you have to have coke or water ready.

Sangria sounds good- though probably not after this bottle of red wine!

Hello again Tasha and John -we hope for next week too, sorry everything halted for you. Maybe these Soliciotors exisit in a another Universe- why wouldnt you keep a client informed?  We are over in October, looking forward to that hopefully time still to set everything up although a bit of camping will happen for that first week. Hope we can meet up to say hi sometime- my husband says to tell you our three lads will not be using our apartment with all and sundry mates they can find- so never fear!

Have gone back to searching the 'net for furniture and so on tonight and its been good fun though have constantly changed my mind on a colour theme. Husband has retired , tired, back to the footie and has said we'll just end up in IKEA anyway.

I couldn't get hold of my solicitor to confirm whether we had completed so I still don't know!!!, I am told he had seven to complete for direct2Spain when he returned from holiday. I am just wondering if we used the same one. He wasn't called Salvador or Antonio out of interest was he?

hey i'm over with my briedsmaid and her 2 teenage kids. dont worry hennight wont be in condado.
we're over from the 23. till 30. of october. when will you be there?
our furnitures suposed to come next wednesday. so hope everything goes well. ikea is great. our next ikea is 4 hours drive up in belfast. i know ikea from switzerland where i am from origanally.
john is irish and so am i in my heart and head.
we will go to ikea for all the kitchen stuff and some bits and pieces. the main furnitures we got from murcia furnitures. they should deliver everything and install all electrical stuff. so we could move in in the evening.
so i go and swich the heater on. ireland got so cold. no sun since a few months. we are so sick of that weather.
cant wait for next tuesday to fly to spain.

Hi Tasha/John- we are over 24th Oct for a week. Some stuff wil be delivered just before then hopefully and anything else in that week and with what we can manage to buy during the week we should be sorted for using the apartment by the time we go. Any fancy bits can follow as time goes by. Really looking forward to seting the apartment up now we have started to order toings and make plans. It will be good to meet our neighbours.

We are with Abad Solicitors based in Los Alcazares and P Mazzarron. Had no real problems before- think this for us is a blip as the man was doing the work in his holidays maybe he had nothing with him but the essentials and so cant contact us as the office is shut- a pain but there you are. Fingers now crossed for sometime next week.

I too am with direct2spain,  and Salvador and Antonio as solicitors.  To be fair I have had a lot of problems with my purchase due to an impending divorce, and other circumstances which I cannot as yet say.  Dont want to cause worry to anyone, so have to say it has nothing to do with quality of build or future investment/growth and just sheer enjoyment.  All of which I think are/going to be excellent.

But I have to be fair.  Both Salvador and Antonio have worked very hard on my behalf, and for me personally I've been glad of their services.  Very professional.

Just text my spanish solicitor to see how things were about an hour ago and he text back to say he was in the notary now so news yet!
