We have just learnt that our phase 4 villa is EXPECTED to be ready Jan /Feb 2009. This was a surprise as we had been previously told summer 2009!!

Any other phase 4 villa buyers had any other info?

hi mike ,
congratulations , does this mean that planning approval has been obtained for phase 4 ? or have they been built without  building licences ? as an owner on phase 4 i would welcome any news as my lawyer informed me that as of 1st august there was no record at the townhall of an application for phase 4 !! .
doeas anybody have any definate news on this matter .

Not definite news, but I do believe the planning problems are with the phase 4 apartments not the villas. And the villas do seem to be coming along very well; I should think the builders have been able to concentrate on them as there are no apartments to start on yet. Good news for the villas, bad news for the apartments. And good luck Mike nice to have some good news on completion dates.

hi folks ,
thanks for the responce , regarding phase 4 villas have the building licences been granted ? if so that is great news if not will people complete ? are roda simply building them in the hope of obtaining licences at a later date?
