help wanted

We are going out to Iznalloz from the 7th September until the 12th September and hope to complete whislt we are out there.

Although Pepe has done a wonderful job of Balcones de Iznalloz I am still concerned about getting my snagging list completed, after making the final payment, and also the situation regarding the pre installed air conditioning lines.

For those that have completed, can you advise if your snagging lists have been sorted out? What advice has been given by your lawyers? Do you sign before the snagging list is complete, sign once you are satisfied all snags have been closed out or withhold a small amount of money until you are satisfied all snags have been sorted? I believe once you sign the builder has x amount of days to rectify any faults found by the purchaser. Is this true?.

I hope you have been able to get things sorted out with completion. It's a stressful time but worth it in the end.
