Hi,
We visited the site last week and it looks good. Just a few minor blemishes on walls etc but we hope they will be cleaned up.
Has anyone thought about changing locks once the keys are availabl;e? Any ideas on who could install new locks?

Hi Mike,

We are getting a furniture pack from Inside Right and they are changing the locks for us - cost about 70 Euro.

Do you have a web site for Insight Right and were they reasonable, we have had a quote from Villa Pac.

Inside right gave us a better price than Villa Pac and the furniture was a bit more contemporary. They have showrooms in the UK and Spain.

Hi all,

Just to remind you that Villpacs full package for Balcones cost €8113.65 including IVA. At todays rate of €1.25 that is £6490.92

When you are purchasing anything in pound sterling the rates can change. Just like the properties at Balcones. If you get a package for £6900 for example and the rate goes back to €1.4 it will cost you €9660.00
