Hi,

We have been contacted by a number of penthouse owners who are not happy with the proposals for the location of aircon units and access issues etc.

We are certainly not happy and want to know what any other owners think.

We are meeting Rudina on site on the 9th June and will voice the owners concerns so please shout up now if you want to be included in the debate.

We're buying a penthouse, and as some of you may know, will be permanent residents.  We certainly aren't happy with the posibility of noisy ac units on our wall!!!

Normally the units are placed in your own terrace or balcony.

I've made a few enquiries and there is no possibility of them going onto the penthouse walls, so no need to worry.

 Can anyone else evaluate on this?

I don't remember all the air con boxes on the glossy drawings. It's gonna look like a back street industrial estate not a quality holiday resort. Shame.

Why don't we get Rudina to put all the boxes on the commercial centre walls. That'll look nice

Looks like all the air con external boxes will be positioned on the top floor as all the services have been preinstalled all terminating at roof level. How the devil people are going to get access to their unit for servicing/repairs I don't know,  as I can not see the penhouse owners  being happy at allowing access

Hi folks,

I would not appreciate all the ac units being mounted on my wall and I really feel for the penthouse owners..........if this is the case. This will need to be resolved soonest. I would have expected my ac unit to be fitted to my own wall or terrace.

I hope this can be sorted out in a fair and friendly manner or our community spirit will be lost before it's even started. Paradise Lost?

I notice that Ruth has gone rather quiet at the moment! Very happy to get us to buy furniture packs or recommend 'friends' who have very expensive property rental portals. But where is she when a serious issue comes to light?

At least penthouse owners could stuff the units with cotton-wool if they are too noisy

Me quiet, never ! We lost the internet connection in the offie and we have just got it back today ! It is nice to be missed for a change !

I have my own views regarding the air conditioning units but the only thing I can suggest is that you contact Rudina (Eli) directly as they are the only people who know what is being done. The developer wants clients to contact them directly so that no one is being miss informed and I honestly do not know what is being done.

I am sorry for the lack of information but you all know as much, if not more than I do.
