Consumer wins against unfair penalty clause

I have been in contact with a local plumber in Granada regarding the shower screens (manparas)

He has got a few options ::

€152.74 , €122.64 , €161.46 , €271.06 , €142.53 , €267.64 , €135.34 , €152.74

The price above includes IVA & fitting.

I have the photographs of each screen, I will try & post the pics ! if you cant see them please contat me and I will email them to you.

Thank you for pointing that out to me I didn't know that !!!!!  I was waiting to see if the plumber could get them cheaper rather than posting useful information that may offend some people because of the price !!!!!

The cost of the screens I have so fare are :: €262.36, €344.20, €337.24 again including VAT & fitting.

Hopefully there will be cheaper options and more choice, I have posted the photographs.
