How should a community be run?

You've probably noticed that on previous posts people who have seen the shutter arrangements to the town houses (pool side from kitchen) are not happy with the steel grill arrangements. Don't know if you are an appartment person or house so it may not be relevant to you.

We would also like to know if a completion date can be firmed up.

Please could you confirm if the apartments have any fitted bedroom furniture or not?

I know that the houses have no fitted wardrobes, i think this is the case with the flats also, perhaps PTT will check for us.

We've noted all your questions and will be in touch with any info when we get back next week.  We believe it's a sunny 15 degrees at the moment!!  Hope to get some photos too.
