I have contacted the plumber Eli suggested, who is very helpful, he is able to fit and provide both Air Conditioning units and Shower Screens.

Even though he is not working on our development he is going to visit  with a view to providing a quotation, once I have any further information I will post it on this site.

Hi chris/ang,

Thanks for the information re the plumber fitting air conditioning. It will be very useful that he is checking the site and can then give an indication of the cost.

PS. I have uploaded 2 more pics that I received from my agent that shows the pool area with turf laid.
