Great photos that you have posted. I noticed the aerials at the corner of Town Houses. Are they for receiving spanish TV programmes? I expect you have had a good time while over there! I understand that completion starts at the end of June, I expect this means going through the final process of getting final approval etc. from the Town Hall.
