Alteration Castral letter

Hi folks,

We visited the site on the 19th but unfortunately the weather was terrible with driving rain and very, very, cold.

The site itself is looking great. The metal railings are going up around the site and the posts are topped with acorn finials which I thought was a nice touch.

There are three fountains being placed, I believe, in the centre stairwells of the apartments which is another nice touch.

Eli kindly showed us around the site and spent a good two hours answering all our questions regarding Balcones and life in Spain generally. We took the opportunity to go on a tapas tour with Eli in Granada. She took my wife and I round all the best tapas bars and restuarant in Granada. It is a good way to learn the history, culture, and ways of the Granadian people. It is also a good way of getting free food which appeals to my Scottishness! I would thoroughly recommend one of these tours

Thanks for the photos, everything looks good.

This fencing? is it around the inner circle or is it on the outermost boundary (with the next phase inside the fence)? Does that make sense?

Are we still looking at a september completion?

Are they building a bar at pool side?

Will there still be a rooftop retaurant?

Hi Woody,

The railings are around the inner circle between the townhouses at the furthest ends from the pool, between TH 15 and the apartments and between the apartments and the TH nearest Rudina's office. I think the posts for these are visible in some of the photos.

It looks as if they will complete in June as they have sent an e-mail round looking for a final payment around this date.

i am sure there will be no poolside bar. I forget if I was told that or have just assumed that is the case as there really isn't any room for one with toilets being placed poolside.

There will be a rooftop restuarant in the summer. Indoor in winter. There is a lift to the rooftop restuarant.
