Fellow future residents

It's down to us to create a residents committee to run the site, manage any decisions and expenditure and set the yearly fees.

Firstly, has anyone any experience in this field.

Secondly, is any one interested and/or willing to be involved.

I know we on eye on spain do not speak for the whole of the balcones residents but this is the only active forum that i know of to start the ball rolling.

Apparantly Rudina are speaking with certain management companies to get some initial costs.

Can we have a roll call to see just how many residents are using this site?

We are purchasing an apartment for our own use - would be interested in being envolved.

Hi Everybody,

 We would like to be involved with the management committee as we will be living there permanently and think it may be to everyone's advantage to have someone there on site all the time, and we're not aware of anyone else being resident - so far anyway.

Would be interested to hear from anyone else moving out permanently.

We will only be using it for holidays so will not be there permanently

We will be using the apartment for holidays and renting out as much as poss to help funding.  We would like to be involved a bit though.
