Spain Non residents pay less for capital gains on savings

Hi Ruth

Please can you inform us what is to be put in the clubhouse as it looks like a very large building and I for one have no idea what it will be used for. Will El Mirador de Iznalloz be using any of Balcones facilities? If so, will they be paying  in to our community fees, or has the building been leased to an outside company?

Do you know the gude price for the yearly  community fees as I need to know before I complete?

Again I am sorry but I can not comment on what will be inside the clubhouse. This building is being constructed by Rudina and they can either rent out the commercial units or sell them.

We did not have any part in the selling or promoting of El Mirador de Iznalloz so I don't know anything about their facilities.

I really want to help you with these questions but it is Rudina that will know the answers.

On other developments it is the constructor who sets the commuinity fees for the first year, I would maybe speak to your lawyer about the fees.

Once again I am sorry if my answers seem very vague but I can only tell you the information I have and what I receive from Rudina and atthe minute I dont have any. If you contact Eli at Rudina directly I am sure she will be more than happy to give the information.
