Hello buyers at Balcones de Mirador.
We have paid deposit on Mirador and have been reading the Balcones postings with interest. Lots of good advice here and issues to be aware of. It is likely that Mirador will face similar problems to the ones Balcones buyers are sorting out, although different design. Going out again in July but would appreciate any info available before then.
