Certificate of First Occupation - Photos !!!

Please see added some pics I took whilst I was at Balcones de Iznalloz. I think someone might recognise them self!!!!

I have spoken to our lawyer who received a fax from Rudina yesterday saying they have received the Habitation License. He has requested a copy from Rudina but he is sure it was granted yesterday

Hi all,
Yes, our lawyer has also been notified. He tells us that he has to sign the deeds and then we will be able to get the keys.
Has anyone else planned to move in within the next few weeks? We are still not sure when we would have water and electricity, or even what has to be done to get them. Also, has anyone looked into insurance? We might try to get our furniture installed before the end of the month if we get the keys and utilities sorted out in time.
