Hi Neighbors, I have not seen our allocated parking bays yet and if Polaris World have made a slight mistake by not allocating them with much practicality and thought towards our apartments,then should we try and set up a parking bay number swapping opportunity if there are 2 apartments willing to swap parking bay numbers if they are better situated for both parties? I'm unsure how this would work right now, but I imagine it might be necessary to wait until we see our allocated parking bay and if you're not happy with it,then post your bay number here and anybody who would like to swap with you can PM you and you pick the best one suited to your apartment.May not work for everybody,but several people might get more suitable parking bays....(only a suggestion) Regards. I'm just taking a tin of white paint with me!!  The woman in cust services did say their would be some 'blank' spaces as there are more spaces than apartments so that may alleviate the problem.  I was a bit miffed at first when I realised that they were not marking out the specific bays but after having gone over there I can see the sense of it but, as I said on the other thread, they say they were getting too many complaints - I guess from people who hadn't actually been over to see the ease of free/first come, first served parking.  I am sure there will be some folks willing to swap though.  Just really wish the numbers hadn't been allocated............

Sorry I posted this on the other thread before I noticed this one - I haven't been over since the parking bays were there but, I thought there was a bay for each apartment, so why couldn't they be close to their designated apartment? Is it because the car park is only on one side?

Just a thought that you might need to check out the legal side of tis. I would have thought that the bay allocated should be detailed on the deeds etc as it is part of the property ? If people swap it may need to be changed.
