I ahve now had my apartment on phase one for 2 years in october, i had roda put air con in .could anyone tell me how long the warrenty is.cannot find it on any of my papers.i had a leak last month and my propert management got it fixed without checking with roda first and have charged me 290 euros.not at all happy with this
