Hi Guys

Can anyone on Phase 1 with a Penthouse tell me if they have a washing machine and a dishwasher in there kitchen

Yes a washer/dryer, and  a small dishwasher. Our apartment is block 2 phase 1

The plumbing and electrics are there but to fit the dishwasher you have to remove a cupboard

We have a ground floor apartment in Phase1 (I believe the apartment kitchens are all the same size ...in terms of the amount of units etc?) and we have a washer/dryer and full size diswasher. 

Yes..... I confirm that it did mean having one of the cupboards removed ........but in my view well worth it! 

We purchased our washer/dryer & dishwasher through Roda....they wouldn't remove the cupboard unit until after completion but that didn't present huge problems ...they sorted that & the plumbing for both appliances the day after completion.

Looks like the cupboard next to the oven is coming out 

we got rodas furniture pack and the washing machine and dishwasher are perfect - no mess and just thee right size.
