Hi Everyone
I'm Frank 52 (Yeah I know it says Jim) originally from Liverpool, and the sense of humour never leaves us. Lived in South Africa for a while, and currently in the process of divorce. We have 3 children, we had 4 but hung one as an example (Soon see what sense of humour you coppers er very efficient police officers have) Eldest girl 31 works in a call centre and lives with her boyfriend. Son 22 (lost the book, hence the gap) Studying computer game design at uni. Girl 20 studying at Royal London Veterinary College. Guess only the detectives will work out what she does (Funny how everyone wants to be on the oil-rig team )
I work for a very big company whose name I cannot mention on here as an Aircraft Fitter. I intend to use the penthouse for family and friends. Will be out there with my son Oct 3rd - Oct 5th. Really Really looking forward to meeting all of you at some point in future, mostly in the bar from the sounds of it. Be aware I am a lager lout......... or dark rum & coke when all the lager has gone. To all Ladettes ladies of the golden buggy - my son must not see me in pink!!
To all Man U fans. I've only just stopped laughing enough to write this now. Yes I'm a scouse red.
Actually - Planes require lots of fuel to fly, and lots of oil to lubricate the engine. Both of which (in a manner of speaking) are sourced from the North Sea - D'ya know where I'm coming from here..........
Ha! And I tell the kids about putting too much personal info on the internet.

Hi we are Phil 41 and Deb 43 from Derby. We have one huge son (Chris 15 and 6'4"). I have spent years chasing the yankee dollar in countries like Bosnia, Kosovo and Iraq. Bascially if they've had a war I've been there. Did military contract catering in all of them. Now happily working normal hours as a manager for a chain of Fish and Chip shops around Derby and Nottingham . Deb works for the Inland revenue (I know I know but someone has to) . We have bought a 2 bed in Jardin 2 (138) and wil be out again in very late October. Our furniture goes in today so looking forward to seeing that.
Both Chris and I are Derby County fans ( again I know i know but some has to) and he plays football, rugby, cricket and golf. I play off 18 and hope to drop that further on what eventually will be my local course (can't wait!). Chris is rapidly dropping his handicap and I fully expect to be a rubbish dad sometime in the next 12 months!
Look forward to meeting all of you soon and good luck with everything you have planned

Hi Phil,
A fellow Derbian I see. Both me & my wife (also Deb) are originally from Derby (me Littleover, she from the wrongside of the tracks - Chaddesden!!). Moved away from Derby in 1983....Firstly South Africa, then back to Derby, then Beverley in East Yorks & finally for the last 17 years in Durham. I work for Nissan (Car Plant in Sunderland) as an Engineering Manager on the engine side. Deb works for the NHS part time. I support United (have done since I was 4!!) & have a couple of season tickets, but Deb remains a proud Ram......as re all members of her family. Still get back to Derby occasionally to see the Dragon (Mother-in-law)
We have 3 kids......Charlotte (19), Laura (15) & Tom (11). We (Tom & me) both love cricket (I used to play for ICCC & Quarndon when I lived in Derby!!) & play golf off 9 - nowhere near it at the moment however!!
Complete in Penthouse P935 in early November.......Hope we can soon meet up in sunnier climbs.....
Good Luck with the furniture etc
Nick & Deb

Mark + Clare from London, (that snorkychopper thing is a long story) we live among the towers in Canary Wharf in Londons Docklands, so Condado will be a wonderful escape from all that.
Both mid 40's no kids and and we work in central london, Clare for a French insurance company and I run the global supply chain for a well known UK footwear and accesories retailer.
Looking forward to having a sunny bolt hole to escape down to whenever we can, will be completing In November (once PW lets the Barclays mortgage valuer in !) but doubt we wil get out for long until Easter 09, dont think we will look to rent out commercially as we want to keep it as our special place !!
Havent played golf for years and might start or might just watch others while holding a cold san miguel, didnt really buy for the golf but was blown away by everything Polaris has done to date and wanted to be part of it !
We are going out next Sunday to sort Spanish wills and furniture and catch up on sleep - cant wait !
Rgds
Mark

Nick.
I'm only joking M8.
You never know one day we might be able to watch the game over there. Let me enjoy the glory a bit. It doesn't happen that often.
Cheers

Hi All - We have introduced ourselves before ( Even met some of you now ) We are June ( 53 ) and Martyn ( 55 ) Martyn is a managing director for an interior design company based in the midlands but actually works all over the place. I don't work anymore (Won't dwell too long on that subject) We have two sons age 20 and 18, the older one is at uni studying computer games art and the younger one is just about to start a hnc in construction management. We both play golf, Martyn is 12 handicap at the moment and I am a 28, I have days when I can play 10 lower and other days when I can play 10 higher, so I'll let you know which days we're playing for money. lol - Martyn used to play rugby but now just enjoys watching it - If he had to pick a team to support it would be Leicester Tigers - We are buying a 2 and a 3 bed on Naranjos 7, just back from getting NIEs sorted, wills and POA, all quite painless. We got all our lights and fans sorted while we were there, so it wasn't a wasted weekend, met quite a lot of other eos ers, great crowd - We complete 3rd October and will be back out in November and then at new year

Okey dokey - especially as Alison asked so nicely - here's a quick pen portrait.
Peter (57) and Fiona (she never reveals her age - it's a religion thing - and God help if you ask!). Still married after 34 years and they said it'd never last!
Two boys - both living with partners in Melbourne and Stonehaven (not much distance between the two!! - you'd think they didn't like each other.) Both self sufficient, after years of pretending not to understand how it could be achieved.
Our original plan was to buy a house in Spain but went for an apartment after we decided to retire in Stonehaven in 2+ years - so need dosh for two homes. Sounds good - doesn't it - a property portfolio! Tee hee - we wish.
Condado ticked all the boxes - golf / lifestyle / concept / travel arrangements.
Looking forward to meeting up with what are obviously a great buch of Condadonians for golf (Peter's passion, after rugby (but where to see it in Murcia, we wonder?) and cooking/eating and drinking). Fiona is the quiet one - reading and travel and enjoying long warm sunny days relaxing, without worries.
We're out on 5-7 Novemeber and on site on the 7th, hopefully to meet Carol and to drop off some bits and bobs at the flat.
Hasta la Vista,
Peter and Fiona Beatt
