Davies solicitors, If Huma go bust now, Isn't it too late to start legal proceedings?

I have aparently been classed as SPAM.

If you do not have BG.(if you have BG. getting you money back is straightforward), their is only one way to go : 

Innitiate court action  as soon as possible. If you can win the case and achieve an embargo on a propery of theirs , then you will be safe even if they go into liquidation. If during the procedure, before obtaiing  sentence the builder goes into liquidation, then the barrister would transfer your case to handle the liquidation for you. If the liquidation is indeed innitiated you will need to use a barrister to defend your interest and make sure you receive the correct amount , as you can not be part of the liquidation withought using a barrister. .At this moment the company has assetts to respond with , so a court case is the best option. The sooner the better, as court cases are being presented and bank guarantees are being cashed, wish depletes the builder of cash.  (some people are doing searches in the name of HUMA MEDITERRANEO, but they should also be doing the search in the name of Huertos de Mazarron s.l., as it is the same company (it has simply changed it´s name. )

Don't forget that Huma's assets are, probably,  heavily mortgaged (the one I purchased was).  So, you may embargo a property with very little equity remaining.

Huma Mediterraneo in it´s old name Huertos de Mazarron, owns propertes free of charges , mortgages etc.

It is one of these properties that is free of charges that we intend to embargo . We have search certificates for two of these properties in our office.

So, are you saying that only 2 of huma's properties are free of charges, or that you did searches on only 2 properties and that both of these came up clean?

As a solicitor here in Spain, what do you think of the idea of a denuncia (by as many of us as possible) against Huma?

Is there a way of freezing Huma's and all associated companies, bank accounts?   Surely if this was done, Antonio Subiela would be a little more willing to settle this matter?

What compensation do you hope to get out of Huma?  Apart from the original monies (installment and 3000 deposit) what kind of compensation do you think the courts will  order Huma to pay?

Lastly, are you in contact with other solicitors who are involved in this matter?  If not, would it not be a good idea to share information with eachother?
