Have posted some photos from top floor of penthouse, sorry, but forgot to change date - so they are under 1 Jan! The first are of foro, isla and a couple of Naranjos gardens, the second are the roof area and a 4th floor terrace. Not sure how the roof space will be used, the tiled area is fairly small - a bit either side of the stairwell, and each side will have aircon units for 4 apartments. The pegoda is metal rather than wooden, and has some sort of hooks on the bottom - they are also lower than those on the apartments.
Will post some of the golf course in the next couple of days.

Hi Ted,
Nice photos. My Wife and I have bought an apt in Block 16, which looks like your vantage point for these photos. I must admit I did expect the roundabout to have a little bit more to it, since it's next to the Faro. Maybe I'm being a bit picky. Do you have any photos of this block from the road and the view of the course?
Cheers
Iain

Just out of interest, as a friend has expressed interest in a top floor penthouse apartment, is the roof space a communal roof terrace or communal per 4 apartments or just access for aircon units. They'd expected it to be a large communal space and so have been concerned about noise on the stairwells and people 'partying' or just moving about immediately above their apartment. But if its just access for air con units they'd be less worried.

I am not sure about the intended use of the Penthouse roof space. The space goes 2 sides of the stairs, but is quite small and holds 8 aircon units (4 either side). It would cover 24 apartments - the aircon units for the other 16 are each above the respective apartments, but are not accessible (unless you vault the walls).
I was suprised that the pegodas are metal and lower than on the other roofs, so it did not look to me like an area available for parties, or even general use.

Thanks for that I'll pass anything you can tell me on.
I think structurally the buildings look solid so I hadnt considered this point to be an issue but my friends are thinking of doing 6 months Spain and six months in the UK- or something similar and said that whats acceptable or manageable for short to long breaks may not be quite so acceptable when you are living there. However they have wondered- now they have seen these photo's if the roof terraces have been created to 'mirror' the roof tops in Jardines with their pergola's but really aren't for daily use. Maybe just to have a good viewing space for when the celebrity golf comes to Condado!
I've suggested they telephone PW but they have been considering a visit with an agency- so thought they'd wait until they are over. Their agent has just said its a communal space.
