For sale signs

Hi,

I am buying a 2 bed and 3 bed on Los Naranjos and have recently been let down on the 3 bed by someone I was buying with has pulled out at the last minute. I'm now faced with extra cash to find and am wondering whether to struggle on with both or look at selling the 3 bed. Trouble is, many re-sale companies expect us to drop a lot on the price and take a large commission. 

My main question is how do PW view people who put up their own For Sale signs. Doing this is one of the few ways I can see to attract serious buyers without having to drop too much on the price and loose even more on agent fees. Another thought is find another buyer to go halves as we had planned to do before he pulled out. Again is this something PW would allow before completing.

Any advise would be most welcome and appreciated.

Sorry to hear of your unfortunate news. 

I really can't see PW not allowing you to put up a for sale board if estate agents are allowed too then there is no reason why you shouldn't be able too.   I seem to remember alot of the for sale signs were inside against the glass. Surely they can't stop you putting a sign in your window.

I found PW were helpful when it came to completing i.e. changing the completion date, sorting out mortgage.  If it is possible I sure they would change anything within reason, but don't forget they will charge ann administration fee.

HI Phil again sorry to hear of your bad fortune. If you read the terms and conditions you get after completion we are not alowed to display for sale boards. (although there are some already on our jardin (5) The does and donts are as if we are renting from herr flick (sorry PW) and not bought from them.
