TV reception

We are at Roda at the moment,my wife has been here for 3 weeks.

Today the Englidh tv channels have stopped working, anyone have any idea what might be wrong or is experiencing the same problem.

We are in Block 75.

the same thing has happened to me a few times, i am on block 9 .Customer services were very helpful and they re-adjusted and re-aligned the signals.Sorry I am not there at the moment to help but i dont know if you know dennis and maggie from rodafm who live on roda , they may be of better help to you

Good news the English channels are now back on. From speaking to Andrea this morning, it was a pan Roda outage.

Hi, We are also having a problem picking up our TV channels. We currently have no English language ones.

Should our TV cable be plugged into the normal ariel socket or the satellite socket right next to it? Thank  you in adavnce to anyone who can help.
