Moving to Peraleja in Feb!!

Hi, Im moving to Peraleja in Feb and am just wondering if many live on site full time? Also because its a new development how safe is the connection to the electricity and water, as someone told me that new developments get cut off if the developer does not pay the bill and as i understand its the developer that pays for the electric at the moment and not the homeowners? I cant wait to move to Peraleja but am a little worried regarding this matter.

Where is your property?

We completed on ours in June and moved everything in in July. Ours is a Romera, we have been on normal Gas & Electricity since September. The water is still on builders supply at the moment. We do not live at Peraleja, we have visited a few times but are now going to rent it out as we cannot sell.

I know of at least 4 families that 'live' at Peraleja, quite a few more who visit regularly.
