Now things seem to be moving on, have many people investigated Rentals of their properties?
I know many people are keeping their places for their own use, but I was wondering if others are planning to try and rent privately or if anyone has found any 'reliable' companies to organise such rentals? Especially management of the rentals, including cleaning, preparation etc? I aslo wondered if anyone had found any decent source of rentals, such as Golf Holidays etc. From waht I have seen the golf course always seems to be emtpy, it would be ideal if Peraleja encouraged rentals by reducing green fees for owners?
