I have been dealing with the CAM bank about subrogating the existing mortgage on my Romera. Has anyone else taken this route? It might be interesting to exchange information as the values and amounts have changed since I started the correspondence.
At present they can offer the existing mortgage at 5 yrs Interest Only, but this amount is based on a price about 10% less than the original price that I paid.
I have also just been informed today, that Peraleja are not allowing anyone to reassign their property until completion. Thus preventing any sales until the property is paid for, and all the taxes paid. I have written to Peraleja for clarification on this. Has anyone else been told this?
