Got back from Spain last night after checking on the snagging (all done - no fuss) and one or two other things that I was particularly pleased to see or find out about are:
The tennis courts and football pitch are now in use plus a small Children's play area is finished and If you've not tried it already I really recommend dinner in the clubhouse. The taster menu is without doubt the best meal I've had in Spain so far. Hermann The German (as he Introduces himself) I think is a real asset.
Despite appearances to the contrary, I was told the commercial centre will be up and running some time in July.
THE HOTEL It looks like its going ahead. I was told the building should start in the next few months. There's a model of it in the sales office and as a piece of architecture looks stunning. Thunderbirds Tracey Island is how I would best describe it for those old enough to remember!
Last but not least, the Habitation certificates arrived while I was there. I've now got a copy of mine and the Lawyers should be informed on Monday so it looks like the wait is over.
