We have now inspected out first Seranna onsite and have available sample inspection reports as normal which includes numvbers abd positions of lights plus some recomendations for extra security
Again the quality was very good and a couple of things to watch for, on all properties areas scratched windows, we had 6 yesterday and a scratched hob
The stairs bannisters internally were not painted very well
Door stops are agin not fitted in any room and are really needed plus the bathrooms are quite tight for room so watch out as the entrance doors and glass shower screens open into the toilet and basins
Next week we will be checking a Zambra
