For those of you debating whether or not to use a snagging company I can only say that I would wholly recommend them.
You can do it yourself but based on my experience they think of and spot things that you would never see.
We used Inspectahome and I was very impressed. Very responsive, thorough and professional. Well worth the money.
I would not usually recommend a service provider or supplier but if you are like me it is always nice to have the comfort of using someone that has been used by someone else.
Would be useful to hear anybody elses recommendations on other shops, suppliers.
