anyone who has walked away recieved a letter from prodinal lawyer

I've been speaking to Martin at Abolex and I've been pretty happy with what he has said so far.  I can't post a link unfortunately but if you google for abolex abogados they are the top link.

Have had Agents on phone (on speed dial if I put the phone down on them) saying that they are on my side and that the Developer is the bad person that they are trying to protect me from.  I have been told that out of the 30% deposit I put down, only £5K actually went to the Developer and the rest is retained by the agent...  anyone have similar info?

Also having the same.  They used to ring from identifiable numbers and now they have withheld them so I no longer answer calls that are withheld.  They are turning into stalkers - ringing every day on my mobile.  Am considering changing my number as a result.

has everyone recieved the law suit against them? any more news on the situstion? anyone heard that the must first give deposit back to before they sue and wether they still have the deposits is another thing? someone told me that mri were saying prodinal were going bust? which i dont believe as it came outta there mouth.!!!! say no more!!
