Its a shame that this once useful forum has been hijacked by those with their own personnal agenda which sadly are conflicting to our own interests. A number of us have started our own private chat  ( the sterling club  es)  which is far more constructive for our particular circumstances.

During our own investigations we have also come up with some very intresting points,  one being that Mr Inspectaforum enjoys sh...t stirring on a number of other project forums and held in very  low esteem !!!  What could his motive be.   ( Check out some of the other project forums on here, he pops up everwhere )

Oh , and also it seems that there are a couple of legal companies that have been sacked by their clients and agents for giving out incorrect information,  there is more money to be made by long drawn out legal battles apparently !!

I am not sure why people have to start so many new threads to comment but please note that and I am not in a popularity contest , I am disliked by agents and developers but not by the important people, the people that I work for, the buyers as inpectahomespain, which I have been operating for over 5 years in Spain

Unlike most people that post I do not post anonmously and I don´t pull any punches, I tell it the way it is and of course if anything I write is not correct them people have the right to object, howvever this doesn´t seem to be happening 

Yes you are right a number of people have changed their legal representatives because they want additional advice and if the information that I present allows people to make AN INFORMED decision then I have done my job , but again please read other posts where I always advise people to take legal action as a last resort as it is a costly and lengthy process

What I always aim to do is present a balance view, both good and bad points but to call it stiring is ridiculous and petty

It was interesting to read the post today on the other thread from a buyer on another development, again posted with their full name details, I have visited this  site and seen things for myself

Just as a balance here are many quotes and articles on this fourm regarding the quality of the free advice that  I provide and an example from the general forum, Camposol Electricity sca where the builder wanted to charge the owners €4k each for power and water, which they didn´t have to pay

Many Many thanks To Mr Roy Howitt, The help he has given us is unbeleivable, we took his advise and 9 of MASAs "victims" went to the Guardia and with the help of our translator swore out denuncias against Miguel Torrinto (site manager & director) for demanding money by threat (extorsion) and illegally charging for builders supply
Electric & water, the news that 7 ( yes 7 ) police cars came to his office today and took him away
We are eternally gratefull to Mr Roy Howitt for his invaluable advise and support

Sorry to hear your thoughts on the matter.

I feel that all this information regarding licences being annuled or under appeal whatever the situation is, and the recent information about the the FP directors and staff being involved in another build and not having the decency to finish it is all valid information which has allowed me to now make an informed choice in my future intentions and how I resolve issues with the builders now.

Im concerned that the first phases may be left without the promised community areas as a lot of people on this forum have showed this concern too. As of yet nobody ive communicated with regarding FP has given assurances that the community centre will happen. So as far as im concerned inspectahomes spain has only provided information on a forum which is set up for this very purpose - to share information, if he has taken the time to do this for his clients then I for one thank him for sharing that information with us. Im sad to say but the FP communication to clients has been shocking over the last years, and they do nothing to help their case.

It seems that ricman is their only voice - but I know now that he is just ensuring we all complete so he can take trade from us, kabri you are situated close to the town or site also - I assume you have a vested interest in speaking for the builder also.

Unless the FP staff can assure us that they will finish what they have promised us all then I cannot reccomend anybody completing - even with the LFO or whatever im still worried everyone will be living on an unfinished builders site for many years -I suppose a bit like the people on the earlier site the FP staff failed to complete on.

So c'mon Geraro & Gill give us assurances you will complete both sites.

A lot of investors will be relying on rental income to pay the mortgage. Without the guarantee of a commercial centre and the lack of  'organised water activities' which were promised, the rental yield, and the chances of selling the property on, will be almost non-existant. The developer is expecting people to complete in the very near future, but the only facility provided so far is a managaing agent trying to sell stuff.

it will be surprising if there are enough completed sales on phases 1 and 2 to fund any further building, especially if the bank are leaving the development to be self-funding going forward.

The situation with the building licence and the developer's record of an uncompleted development certainly won't help give people the confidence they would like to proceed.

All this happening at a time when the Spanish property market has crashed, the banks aren't lending and the exchange rate is adding 50% to the purchase prices.
