? penthouses Naranjos phase 2

We are new to the forum and wondering if anyone has news about this phase. We have been contacted by Polaris offering us alternative apartments at a discount as there is a delay on our property with no start date. We have our Spanish solicitors investigating and whether Polaris are in breach of contract.Parador owners club have been no use what so ever.We'd appreciate any info or if anyone is in a similar situation

We are in the same position as you and have been out to look at alternatives-unfortunately what is being offered is inferior to what was originally available-smaller or more expensive apartments or apartments on Terrazos with no guarantee that that site will ever be finished. We are also considering our options with PW

My understanding is that the phase 2 is on hold - with no start being mentioned.  If at all possible I would look for your money back, as people are mentioning 30-40% discounts if you buy away from Polaris - don't know what is available but worth checking before you agree to anything with Polaris.  Good luck to both of you.
