bathroom extractor fan...

Hi all,

We have had an extractor fan fitted in our bathroom, as showering creates alot of steam and the vent is usless, there was no tiles removed or major work involved, and it works of the outside bathroom switch.

Its got rid of the soaking wet floor and tiles and everything else that got wet, we still get some steam but nowhere near as much as before.

Ikea Steve did ours when we were out in January and made a big difference.  He supplied and fitted the fan for 75 euros.

That was close.  I've just searched through all our pms to him to get his email, just copied it and about to paste when I noticed you'd posted back yourself.  We can thoroughly recommend Steve, he has done many jobs for us.

Hi Folks,

We have also got  a fan that was fitted by Steve, he moved our bedroom lights into the centre of the room put up our shower screen and when Simon releases more funds to me I am going to get Steve to fit another cupboard and shelf in the kitchen  I would just call him Superman, unfortunately he is not single but what a handyman.

With all the bad news around of unemployment, and redundancies sorry to hear about Simon.  From Ali's last post sounds like Simon's now redundant.

I too will be using Steve (Endpeg) to fit an extractor fan in shower.  Question I need to ask him though is this.  The bathroom in the Penthouse has no outside walls.  Where will it extract to?  Anyone.  Steve!

The fan vents to the roof via ducting which should be pre-installed.

Never employed Si, came with the house, just like mice can't get rid. Hows you anyway?  Nice to half meet up, won't let it happen again.  No really , what a crack(and thats laugh for all the uneducated). For those of you who have not had the pleasure of meeting Frank, wear a thick skin, carry your best sence of humour with you, and try not to be easily offended but apart from that you'll all get on fine with him. Its his Liverpool humour that I loved.
