Hi,

I've got mortgage applications in with BANKINTER & BANCO VALENCIA pending the valuation.

We have a 2 bed apt. in Los Naranjos, has anyone had a valuation from any of these banks for a 2 bed apt. ?

If any other bank, can you please tell me the valuation for this size of apt?

Any information on this would be greatly appreciated as we are completing in jardin 4 at the end of the month.

Hi Francis & Sarah

We recently had a valuation done by Banco Halifax for our 2 bed apartment on Los Naranjos Jardin 8, the valuation given was 132,649.21 euros. A number of people on the forum have had valuations at around this amount and I know of one person that had a valuation significantly less than this amount and another person that had a valuation above the amount they have paid. So it’s difficult to know what valuation you will get from the banks you mention.
