Pictures of Garden 4 / Parador

Hi all,

Just got back from Spain. 

Spent the week in Torrevieja having a sunny(ish) break and sorting out POA, wills and furniture etc.

Lyndsey from Parador accompained us to sort our bits and pieces and we have to say she was absolutely superb. Things have obviously downsized dramatically but they are totally focussed on helping you when you are there.

We went down to Condado and had a look around the Garden 5 show apartments which were excellent. We've bought a 2 bed but I have to say the 3 bed look fab as well and we may consider moving downstairs when we move out  for good.

Gary made a break for freedom to checked out our apartment in Garden 4 and was able to take some pictures from our actual terrace [which is n258 to provide a reference point]. The garden looks good. Some palms are a little bit straggly but they could still be stressed. 

Working going on around the foro area. Golf course is looking a lot greener. No sign of the clubhouse yet but all in good time.........

Thanks for the pictures - we are almost directly opposite you so I can see our front door! We haven't been over since we bought a year ago so it's lovely to see it.

 I see the weather wasn't exactly kind to you but even in the grey sky it looks fab, although the grass might need a bit of attention!

What was your opinon of the living area is it tight like it looks on some photos?

We hadn't been out since we bought last November so it was great to see it for real.

Apparently the grass had only been down a week so it probably needs some tlc!

The living space is not large but the way some of the show apartments have been furnished with a sofa and 2 director chairs, tv unit and coffee table makes it more cramped than need be.  I know we all see ourselves spending most of our time on the roof terrace but I think the inside space is comfortably liveable as well as long as you don't try and put too much in.

We've opted for a 2 seater in the window and a single arm chair with a nest of tables and corner unit for the tv so there won't be knocked knees everytime you get up. This will suit us as it will probably be just be the 2 of us most of the time.
