Villas behind Naranjos

Hi everyone,

I 've just been looking at various plans of Condado and noticed that there are going to be villas built behind the Naranjos Jardines. We were out there a few weeks ago but couldn't see any sign of them being built. They seem very close on the plans so we are worried that a lot of mess and noise will be created once they start building them.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this or know how close they are and if and when they will start building them. If anyone is out there soon, perhaps they could enquire..Martyn & June (Cuz)....you say your'e out there soon, any chance of finding out?

Hi Phil and Debbie - Yes, Danseex is right, they are being built already - When we were out there in April they were already well under way, so should be at around the same progression as ours - We will have a proper look when we're there next week and will ask about any other construction that may be going on once we've completed - I'm sure that in April someone said that they finish a section completely before completing, so that construction then moves to another area and you're not bothered by the noise etc.

Can't believe I didn't see them, I was sober as well.

CUZ...when you go out could you ask about the water treatment plant. I know this was a major part of the original planning but no-one seems to know whether it's actually been built. I only ask because I had a converastion with someone who is on another development and he often has no water due to the dry conditions and it is turned off sometimes.
